Transfer credit from Nawras Ajel to Nawras Mousbak
Now you can easily transfer credit via SMS to Nawras Mousbak prepaid customers - which is great especially if you have friends or family on Mousbak. Service activation is free. No, postpaid customers cannot receive credit. They can only send credit.

2. Is there a maximum amount that I can transfer?
The maximum amount you can transfer is RO 25 per month.

3. Why is there a limit?
The limit is set to protect you in case you lose your handset.

4. How do I know what's left in my limit?
If you try to transfer more than the total limit (for example RO 100) then the system will automatically reply with an SMS that explains how much money is left from your limit to be transferred.

5. Is there a limit to the number of transfers?
No, a customer can make any number of transfers.

6. Is there a minimum amount of credit that I can transfer?
The minimum amount you can transfer is 10 Bz.

7. What will the bill look like?
For each successful transfer you have made, the bill will include information on Date, Time, Destination and Amount Transferred.

8. Can I transfer credit to a prepaid customer abroad? How?
Yes, you can transfer to a Nawras Mousbak customer abroad. However, the recipient must be using a roaming partner's network. You must follow the same instructions for local credit transfers.

9. How much does it cost to make an international credit transfer?
International credit transfer (transfer done by Ajel customer who is roaming) will cost the same price like any SMS sent from the mobile partner through which the customer is roaming.

10. While I'm roaming abroad, can I transfer credit?
If Nawras has a roaming agreement with the country where you are roaming, you can transfer credit.

11. Will I need to change my SIM-card to get Post to Pre Recharge service?
No, you will not need to change your SIM-card.

12. If my credit limit is RO 50 per bill cycle and I have spent RO 40 on some other services like voice calls, SMS, MMS, GPRS etc., may I still recharge / transfer RO 25?
No, RO 25 is included in your total credit limit so in case your credit limit is RO 50 per bill cycle and you have spent RO 40 on other Nawras services you will be able to recharge / transfer only RO 10.
