Collect Call
 

The Collect Call service is another first from Nawras, meant to complement the call service as a feature that will enabled Nawras customers to make a call to the B party even if they are out of credit. The new service will allow A party to request B party to pay for the call. The service also offer the customer self managing USSD menu that provide help description to the service functionalities, administrate the blacklist and reactive the service.

Details about the service:

• The service will be active by default to all customers. Customer who choice to deactivate can do this from the USSD menu *101#
   

• The service will enable customers calling party A to make a call which will be paid by the called party B if accepted. Call party A will use USSD short code for initiating the call towards the B party number in format *101*95XXXXXX#
   

• The service is only available from Nawras to Nawras
   

• If the B party is in international roaming the call will not be established and both parties will be informed
   

• Only when Mousbak customer is in international roaming will be able to make collect call request .
   

• A Collect Call request will be rejected if the B / A party have Forwarding Active.
   

• Customer can also use the self care USSD menu (*101#) that provide help description to the service functionalities, administrate the blacklist and reactive the service.
   

• The blacklist will block specific people that you choice not to send you collect call request.

Limitations:

• A customer can request a Collect Call service for a maximum of 5 attempts in a day.
   

• Postpaid roaming customer will not be able to use collect call

• The Blacklist has a limitation of max 10 numbers
   

• If the B party is in international roaming the call will not be established and both parties will be informed
   

• A Collect Call request will be rejected if the B / A party have Forwarding Active
